Post-construction cleaning
A jobsite changes as the project moves toward completion. Cleaning is scoped to the stage of the build, what the trades have finished and when the space needs to be ready. Here’s what each stage can look like.
Removal of construction debris, dust and jobsite residue.
After the trades finish their heavy work, this stage clears loose materials and visible dust from accessible surfaces and floors. It prepares the site for the detailed clean that follows.
Detailed cleaning prior to inspection, turnover or occupancy.
Once construction work is complete, attention turns to floors, fixtures, counters, restrooms, interior glass, edges and remaining fine dust. The scope is set around the finished space and its handoff date.
Post-inspection and punch-list cleaning.
Follow-up trades and inspections can leave fingerprints, dust and marks. A touch-up visit addresses affected areas after punch-list work, so the site is ready for the next walkthrough.
Final presentation cleaning before the owner or occupants take possession.
A last pass through the finished space focuses on presentation: entry points, visible surfaces, floors and glass. We discuss the handoff schedule and site access before quoting.
